  Reflective Journal – Unit 2 Strategies for Teaching Literacy with ICT (Weeks IV–V) Unit 2 shifted the focus from understanding the broader frameworks of ICT in education to exploring practical strategies for teaching literacy with ICT in the classroom. The discussions and readings emphasized how ICT is central to the  Digital Drukyul  initiative and how it contributes to sustainable development while safeguarding Bhutanese culture and values. This unit helped me understand ICT not merely as a technological tool but as both a national priority and an educational responsibility.
